Description: We provide grant supported legal representation in immigration court proceedings. Our experienced attorneys handle cases such as asylum applications, deportation defense, and appeals.
Consultations
Description: We offer legal consultations to help individuals understand their rights and options under immigration law. These consultations are by appointment ONLY and can be conducted in-person, over the phone, or via video conferencing.
Family-Based Immigration
Description: We help reunite families with family-based immigration petitions, including applications for visas, green cards, and citizenship.
Victim Assistance
Description: Support victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes with relief options designed for their unique circumstances, such as VAWA self-petitions, U visas and T visas.
Naturalization Services
Description: Assist qualifying person with naturalization to become U.S. citizens. We help with completing forms, preparing for the citizenship test, and understanding their ongoing requirements.
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
Description: Assist qualifying DACA recipients with applications and renewals. We help eligible individuals apply for protection from deportation, as well as work authorization.
Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
Description: When and where possible, we provide guidance and support for individuals applying for, or renewing, TPS. We assist with the application process and ensure compliance with TPS requirements.
Employment Authorization
Description: Help obtaining work permits and employment authorization documents. We assist with applications and renewals to ensure individuals can legally work in the U.S.
Community Education
Description: We conduct workshops and informational sessions to educate the community about immigration laws and policies. Topics include know-your-rights, changes in immigration law, and how to apply for various immigration benefits.
Advocacy
Description: We advocate for fair and just immigration policies at the local, state, and national levels. We work with policymakers, community organizations, and the public to positively influence change.
